No — small jobs are the whole point. Hanging one shelf, swapping a light fixture, fixing a sticking door: that's exactly what a handyman is for. If it's on your list, it's worth a call.
How do estimates work?
Estimates are always free. Text a photo and a quick description to 931-220-7909 and most jobs get a quote back within 24 hours. Bigger projects get a free in-person walkthrough. The price we agree on is the price you pay — no surprises at the end.
What does it cost?
Flat prices by time, agreed before I start. A service visit up to an hour is $95. A small-job block up to two hours is $175. A half day is $325 and a full day is $600. A punch-list day is usually a half or full day, and that is the best way to stretch your money.
What if something does not hold up?
Text me. I come back and make it right. That is the whole policy.
Can you knock out several things in one visit?
That's the best way to book. Send the whole list — a "punch-list day" bundles everything into one visit, which saves you money and gets the house squared away all at once.

- Open and close every exterior door — note sticking or gaps
- Test every deadbolt and lock for smooth turning
- Look up: water stains on any ceilings?
- Check caulk lines around tubs and showers for cracks
- Flush toilets — listen for running water after the fill
- Test all GFCI outlets (the ones with the little buttons)
- Wiggle stair railings and deck rails — any give?
- Check smoke detector batteries and dates
- Open every window — do they latch and hold?
